Paul Lundberg MBA - Founder & CEO

Paul is a senior commercial and operational strategist with over 25 years' experience helping global B2B and B2C organisations unlock sustainable growth and performance improvement.

Throughout his career, Paul has operated as an internal consultant, leading complex cross-functional and multi-geographic initiatives that require deep collaboration across sales, marketing, finance, operations and delivery teams to drive enterprise-wide transformation.

Beginning his career in Finance, Paul built a strong foundation in commercial finance, business controlling and profitability management with organisations including Lloyds of London, AGF, Ingram Micro, Belkin, Yazaki and DHL.

Throughout this period, he led complex financial planning, commercial due diligence and multi-million-pound tender strategies, consistently delivering double-digit growth, margin expansion and improved ROI across international operations.

An MBA, ACCA training and deep financial grounding continue to underpin his approach—bringing strategic clarity, financial discipline and measurable outcomes to every engagement.

From this financial base, Pauls career progressed into strategic pricing and commercial leadership roles at Office Depot and ADP, where he led European and international Sales and Commercial Operations, Pricing and Customer Profitability functions with P&L responsibility across multiple countries. Dynamic pricing strategies, customer profitability models and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash transformations delivered significant EBIT improvement, accelerated revenue recognition and improved retention to best-in-class levels.

By aligning in-depth CRM, CPQ, Tech Stack knowledge and AI-enabled sales tooling with strong governance and process frameworks, he strengthened commercial execution while providing clear strategic direction to executive teams on market positioning, growth prioritisation and long-term value creation.

Further progressing, his focus has been at the forefront of growth and transformation within high-growth SaaS, cybersecurity and fintech environments, including roles as Global Commercial Director and Head of Business Operations. In these settings, Paul has shaped and scaled fintech-oriented propositions, refined services-led and recurring revenue models, and built the commercial and operational architecture required for international expansion.

Close partnership with PEs, founders, boards and leadership teams in scale-ups and mid-market organisations has enabled the definition of operating models, pricing strategies, PMO capability and end-to-end Lead-to-Cash frameworks that create structure without compromising agility.

As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Paul combines strategic direction with hands-on execution, translating ambition into scalable business strategy, effective pricing and high-performing Revenue Operations ecosystems.
